losing ads/ contact mailer full

I sent this email to you about my orion ads being missing.  I also posted in the general chat.
But the day before this I sent you a support email.
Just found out that the support email bounced because of your full mail account.
Here is the copy of the email.
Today when I went to submit some ads there were 2 for contests and 1 for a
paid email.
There are 2 problems....The first was I only redeemed for 1 of the ads for
500 contest ads for americana mail.  It now says I have none leftand I go
t 2 emails saying I redeemed though I had only redeemed once. So I have
lost an ad there.

But my major question is that if you look at an orion upgrade ads one gets/
250,000
banners, shared ads, top sponsered ad, bottom spondered ad, 2 contest and one solo ad.
Please let me know what I should do about the ad redemption choice that dis
appeared today somehow taking away one ad of two though I redeemed for only
one.

Also if there is some mistake and I should be getting more ads or if the benefits
 of an orion membership has been changed.

ok about the Orion ads, the ones you mentioned are one-time ads you should have received at the time of upgrading.  the only monthly ads are the emails/ptcs.

Sorry about the bounced emails........am working on fixing that now.

Not sure what happened with your upgrade ads but if memory serves......I remember only seeing one of each (ptc/email) from you, so please just email me your other 2 ads and i'll get them set up.
